Qualification & work experience
Mr. Jeong Hoon Kim received his bachelor
of law degree from Seoul National University in 1997. Two
years later, he entered the Judicial Research and Training
Institute for his articling and had remained there until
the new millennium. He also studied abroad and received
his master of law degree from India University, Bloomington
School of Law. Mr. Kim is fluent in Korean, English and
Japanese. He was admitted to the Korean bar in 2001 and
to the New York State Bar in 2005. The areas of his practice
are securities; international commercial transactions; mergers
and acquisitions; and litigation. Since year 2005 when he
joined the Barun Law, he has been an associate attorney
at the firm.

Activity
Mr. Kim is a member of the international transaction regulations association. He worked as an advisory attorney for the Korea Sexual Violence Relief Center (KSVRC) and played an advisory role for Korea's Kyungki Province, Seoul Metropolitan Municipality, the Korean Electric Power Corporation, Incheon International Airport Corporation, the Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power Corporation, KTF, Seoul Broadcasting System Corporation, Korean Broadcasting System, and Lotte Mart.
