Qualification & work experience

Mr. Gee Don Chung graduated from Seoul National University with a bachelor's degree in law in year 1982. Five years after his dissertation, he passed the bar exam to practice law. He completed his articling at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 1993. In 1990, he was appointed as judge at the Daejeon District Court. In 1993, he was transferred to the Cheonan Branch Court and had served as judge also until the very next year. In the same year, he was transferred to the Incheon District Court and had served as judge until 1998. Then from 1998 through 1999, he worked as judge at the Seoul Administrative Court. Since year 1999, he has been working as a partner attorney at the Barun Law. Korea's Samyoungsa published Mr. Chung's book "Civil Procedure".

Domestic Activity

Since year 2003, he has been a member of the Mining Industry Coordination Committee for the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy.
